What should i do if i want a exchange instead of a refund?
If an item is found to be defective within 30 days of purchase, You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the exchange request is approved. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We will responsible for the charges of the exchange shipping.
What if an item is defective or damaged?
If an item is found to be defective within 30 days of purchase, we will replace it with the same item, or make a refund, it’s up to you. Please contact us at : customerservice@ykdpet.com and state the information of your order number.
When will my credit card be refunded?
Once your return is received we will send you an email notification. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a given number of business day.
How should i ship my return?
Shipping instructions will be emailed to you following your submission of a Return Authorization request.
Repack the product in the original packaging and include all accessories, warranty cards, and manuals. Pack and seal your box securely, in the original box if possible. For your protection we recommend that you use a carrier who will provide your packing with a tracking number to ensure that your package does not get lost in transit.
Any shipping fees are the responsibility of the party returning the item and must be returned prepaid. We don’t accept COD.
